I missed Fiesta in Santa Barbara this weekend and this is how I feel about it.

and on another front, CNN has just discovered that randomly posting website addresses on blogs you know nothing about, can and will, make people say....what the?
legal credit repair? a word to the wise, what could be il-legal about credit repair
gender confusion? how about blogging confusion, a sad day in blogging history, blog spam.

It was great to have Mark and Kendra stay with us for Fiesta weekend. Poor Makayla, she was having a great time until she decided that only she could hold the snowcone bowl and did not want to share. Time for mister trash can. For those who feel bad for her, she was all smiles and dancing about 45 seconds later. That is until... Nathan and Makayla wanted to go up next to the stage and dance to the fun sounds of the Flashbacks (co-workers band on the main stage). The kids were on the grass cutting it up until the lead singer decided to throw some CD's from the stage. The stage was raised about 6 feet from the ground and he lofted the cd's a few feet above his head. Well if you have foresight, yep a CD came flying through the air right between a woman's outstreched hands and nailed Makayla right in the forehead. Crack. Nate picked up the CD and I just looked at her, she looked up at me with her hand on her head like "what the hell?!" Then, the pain set in and she let out a wail of tears. Thanks for coming, it's been great, we're out of here.

I missed Fiesta too this year! Viva la Fiesta '06. Which reminds me, when are we having a group re-union?
